Former Shivsena Corporator Booked In Kalyan As Hundreds Attend His Daughter s Wedding; Violate Covid-19 Norms

Former Shivsena corporator Sunil Vayle has been booked as hundreds of people attended his daughterâs wedding in Kalyan and subsequently violated the Covid-19 precautionary norms that permit only 50 invitees per wedding.
Along with Vayle, his relative Suresh Mhatre and the hallâs manager Ramesh Singh too have been charged with IPC section 188 (disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant, sections 269 and 270 negligent and malignant act likely to spread infection of any disease dangerous to life) along with other sections of the Disaster Management Act.
