so arizona is saying we are going to put some teeth to it. adopt it in our state and see if it survives constitutional muster, fourth amendment challenge and 14th amendment. the other thing that people are not talking about is it not as if you can be walking down the street and be pulled over for no reason. the law only kicks in is if the officer is already in quote unquote legal contact for you. for example have you been pulled over for traffic violation or you have run a stop sign. at that point then, the reason suspicion standard comes into play. so i agree with kimberly. i think it will pass constitutional muster but look for the aclu, laura, to set up a case where somebody is pulled over and the reasonable suspicion is an issue. look for that. that will be the challenge for the supreme court in that regard. laura: kimberly, what people also don t notice or pay attention to is the fact that under federal law if you are a resident alien, you are required to carry your green ca
