TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences by officers investigating the South East Antrim UDA.
Members of the Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) arrested the pair in an operation in Carrickfergus involving the PSNI and National Crime Agency (NCA).
A 23-year-old man was detained at his home yesterday and later released pending a report.
A second man, aged 51, handed himself into police today and remainsd in custody.

National Crime Agency officers, supported by colleagues from the Police Service of Northern Ireland, detained three women aged 48, 47 and 26 in Rathcoole, County Antrim, on Thursday morning.
They are now being questioned on suspicion of a variety of offences, including conspiring to import controlled drugs and being concerned in the supply of drugs.
At one of the addresses a suspected firearm was discovered, leading to the arrest of a 29-year-old man on suspicion of firearms offences.
The arrests follows the interception of 11 postal packages sent from the Netherlands and Belgium to three addresses in Northern Ireland between October 2020 and April 2021.
