Thursday s decision by the Little Rock School Board means that middle school and high school days will run an additional 15 minutes, ending at 4 p.m. instead of 3:45 p.m. daily. That will give school buses enough time to complete their runs for elementary school students, whose days will start 10 minutes earlier and end 20 minutes later.
