The equipment will be free to the department, with the only cost being $14.99 per month per vehicle. Eight vehicles will have the software equipped. “It’s basically a new software that’s out for pursuits,” said Chief Kevin Brock. “When we get into a pursuit, it will notify people’s cell phones, like an Amber Alert when it goes out. Non-subscribers Chickasaw Police officer arrested in Summerdale Posted Staff Report The Summerdale Police Department responded to Marathon Gas Station on Monday, Dec. 7 for a complaint of misdemeanor Domestic Violence. The subsequent investigation established probable cause and Matthew Jordan Parker was arrested for misdemeanor Domestic Violence as required by law. Parker has since been identified as an officer with Chickasaw Police Department. The Chickasaw Police Department said Parker was on administrative leave. The department made no comments on his arrest. No further details have been released at this time.
