Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) will soon submit an action plan to take up various development works in 60 wards of the city through the ₹200 crore allotted to the urban local body in the state budget. The government had announced ₹2,000 crore for the development of infrastructure in 10 municipal corporations, including MCC, under the Mahatma Gandhi Nagar Vikas Yojana (MGNVY) 2.0 in the state budget.
