Universities to compete for student athletes and there migh be different forms of competition for student athlete whether it s baseball, basketball, football. i don t think that anybody watches lacrosse championships. i didn t even know that there were lacrosse championships on tv. that is what the important thin is. it s better to leave it up to competition to market forces. what you don t want to do is le all the colleges and universities get together and make an agreement, monopolize the whole area and decide we ar not going to pay any of the students who make this possible. meanwhile there happy to pay coaches, administrators million upon millions of dollars and bill build wasteful facilities and the whole point that of this is to have student athletics that are amateurs, to have athletics that are not big businesses.
