different than if you were white? there are all kinds of statistics in here that the duration for a white coach is 3 1/2 years. for a black coach, 2 1/2 years. that the number of black coaches that have been fired after winning seasons, like, dwarves the number of white coaches that have been fired after winning seasons. how did it feel to you personally? what pressures did you feel? i would say i felt similar pressures that, you know, black people feel in all fields. not just football. that we had to do more. that we have to be better. that we have to we have to be exceptional just to stay on an even level playing field. and it is in a lot of ways it is unfair. but that s i know i m not alone in that feeling. i know that. and, you know, i think we re going to get more storyies. i asked them, you know, if
