The long awaited final report into the Grenfell Tower Disaster that killed 72 people in West London seven years ago says all the deaths were avoidable. Reports say that there were decades of failure of successive governments ignored delayed or disregarded concerns about safety and accusing cladding manufacturers of systemic dishonesty.
