Cushman & Wakefield sells storage facility in Battle Ground

Chicago-based real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday that it has sold the Storage Solutions on Eaton facility in Battle Ground. The 376-unit facility opened in July, according to a press release from the firm.
The buyer is IN Self Storage, which operates a portfolio of 25 storage and RV rental facilities throughout the West Coast and Southwest of the United States. Charles Oliver, partner with In Self Storage, said in a statement that the Battle Ground facility was a good fit with the company’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest, and that IN Self Storage would add value to the site through future expansion.
