More and more tourists are choosing Rutherford County, that according to the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. The chamber reported on local hotel occupancy rates Thursday stating, “We are happy to report that Rutherford County saw an increase of 14,000 rooms from 2021. Hotel room revenue increased as well, bringing in $39 million year-to-date, an increase of $13 million over the previous year." Keep in mind, there are over 80 hotels in Rutherford County.
