The islands do have mountains. It did weaken it slightly down to 155, thats why its a cat 4 now, not a cat 5. Still extremely dangerous. It could fluctuate between a cat 4 and cat 5 between now and when it gets to puerto rico. It has it going over the east of puerto rico to st. Croix. That could be wednesday at 8 00 a. M.
