What im trying to describe are those committees that meet regularly, and they hear from staff from daas, and they hear from staff you know, its an m. T. A. Person who then takes it back. So im saying all this stuff gets integrated, but it takes a while to figure out where does that voice matter. But all of these source of design ideas, and i think really, were becoming knowledgeable about them, and red lights, what an idea. And stopping a little bit and giving the pedestrian time to get across before the car starts coming into the intersection, what a concept.
