I will prove it to you right now. The heres current temperature in philadelphia, 13, it is even colder to the north of us but that is not what matters, what matters is the wind chill. Now it feels like two below zero in mount pocono, the wind chillies 20 below. That is dangerous, dangerous cold, even as far south as wildwood. It feels like 3 degrees below zero outside.
