BOARDMAN Christopher A. Savach, 50, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. Christopher was born Nov. 20, 1970, in Youngstown, a son of Ronald T. Savach and Lucille M. Vitullo. He was a 1989 graduate of Ursuline High School. Christopher worked in electronics at M & G Services in Brookfield for many years. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family: his father, Ronald (Betty) Savach; his mother, Lucille M. Savach; and his sister, Jennifer L. (Sean) Rowland, all of Liberty Township; his nephew, Logan; and nieces, Erin and Caitlin. There will be a memorial Mass 11 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, with the Rev. Msgr. John Zuraw officiating, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, with calling hours prior to the Mass from 10 to 11 a.m.

Feb 16, 2021 HUBBARD Daniel P. “Libbo” Livingston, 65, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, of complications due to heart and lung issues. Dan was born Oct. 29, 1955, in Youngstown and was a lifelong resident of Hubbard. He was a 1974 graduate of Hubbard High School and attended Youngstown State University. Dan started his career of service in the late 1970s working at Hubbard Union Cemetery and retired as sexton / clerk after 33 years. During that time, he was elected to multiple terms as Hubbard City 1st Ward councilman and was one of the area’s longest-serving Trumbull County Democrat central committee members. Dan also served as the first clerk for the newly formed Eagle Joint Fire District in 2006.

Dec 31, 2020 HUBBARD Mary F. Brashen, 91, passed away peacefully on to her eternal home after an illness of several months, Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, at Hospice House in Poland. Mary was born Sept. 15, 1929, in Sharpsville, Pa., a daughter of Michael and Anna Kuzmik Faber. She was a 1947 graduate of Brookfield High School. After graduation, she went to work at Westinghouse, where she met the love of her life, John Brashen. After raising her children, she continued her education and became a licensed practical nurse. She was devoted to the patients that she served at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, retiring after 20 years. She also was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Hubbard.
