robert wone was murdered, for a while, it was sergeant patrick who was the ranking officer at that house on swan street. he said he saw all three defendants dressed in white robes. at the time he said we treated them like victims, not suspects. he said he saw victor zaborsky sitting on a couch trying. every time dylan ward would try to say something, joe price would glare at him and ward would stop talking. they were whispering and those glares made me suspicious, said sergeant patrick. later, i told a homicide detective about it. august, 2006, 32-year-old robert wone, stabbed to death as he was spending the night at a friend s home on swan street. no one has been charged in that murder. but the three house mates who live there have been charged with trying to cover up the crime. defense attorneys say it was a robbery, that an intruder came in through an open backdoor and murdered robert wone. evidence tech curtis lancaster says police spent about three weeks looking for clue
