The governor says the state trooper shot and killed a man during a confrontation as officers were on a search and rescue mission last night. The rescue Missions Continue today. They are ferried out three or four at a time. Holding pets or plastic bags with all their can carry after being trapped in their homes by a wallwater. Some had no idea help was on the way.
