MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING MITCHELL SCHOOL DISTRICT 17-2 December 12, 2022 The regular meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by President Deb Olson at 5:30 PM at the Mitchell Senior High School 920 North Capital Street, Mitchell South Dakota, Davison County. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll call of members present: Deb Olson, Matthew Christiansen, Shawn Ruml, and Terry Aslesen. Absent: Brittni Flood. Others present: Dr. Joseph Graves Superintendent, Steve Culhane, Business Manager, and Student representatives Dawson Schroeder & Claire Hegg. REQUEST FOR BIDS MITCHELL SCHOOL DISTRICT 17-2 Welding Equipment The Mitchell School District is seeking bids on Welding Equipment for its High School Welding program. These bids will be received by the Board of Education, Mitchell School District 17-2 of Davison County, South Dakota at the Office of Business Manager Steve Culhane, 821 North Capital Street, Mitchell, South Dakota, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday January 5, 2023. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m., read aloud and tabulated at a public opening held at the MCTEA building, 821 North Capital Street, Mitchell South Dakota. The proposals will then be considered by the Board of Education at its next regular meeting.
