CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police are asking for the public’s help locating a runaway juvenile.
Stephon Smalls, 17, left his Cobblestone Lane residence at about 4 p.m. on Monday, May 10, according to Clarksville Police Detective Michael Patterson.
He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and light gray sweatpants. Stephon is 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
