Last night on The Late Late Show, host Ryan Tubridy met with a group of amateur DIY enthusiasts: Gráinne Wilson, Stephen Hynes, Fergal Megenatty, and Kevin Kelly. Watch the video above to see the four showcase their special creations for entertaining outdoors this summer.
Stephen created an upcycled entertainment with eye-catching fittings; Kevin transformed a vintage steamer trunk into a beautiful wine cabinet; Fergal built an operational beehive inside a Russian-inspired dollhouse; Grainne designed a retro-style camping pod filled with home comforts.
All four handy-people will be taking part in this year s Big DIY Challenge. A show that will see hundreds of amateur DIY-ers from around the country compete to win a whopping €10,000.
