Nearly 550 cyclists from the Far North to Southland will descend on Rotorua this week for the Vantage Age Group Road National Championships.
They include riders from under-15 years to senior, Masters from 35 years to over 75 years, and para cyclists for the three-day competition, organised by Cycling New Zealand and supported by host club Cycling Rotorua.

A project in downtown Harrisburg that has been in the works for years is moving along.
Harristown Enterprises, the owner of Strawberry Square, plans to construct a mixed-use building at 21 S. Second St. in Harrisburg on the site of a longtime three story building that was once home to the former Coronet restaurant. That building was demolished in late 2018 and early 2019.
