Steph look live crews were called out to this home in rural Marion County just west of knoxville around 11 pm last night. Two deputies were first on the scene but say the smoke and flames were too dangerous for them to get it. Sot when my lieutenant and my deputy arrived on scene they went up with fire extinguishers the flames were already visable, the house was already engulfed with smoke, they tried to knock down the flames with both fire extinguishers but it wasnt enough to be able to get in there. vo when fire crews arrived one of the homeowners, Ronald Henning was already outside the home and had ran to get help when the fire broke out. A construction worker was nearly electrocuted at Drake University this morning. Officials say the man was shocked while working on electrical switches on 27th street. , just north of olin hall. The man didnt have a pulse, but a person near him was able to perform cpr and revive him. The victim suffered serious burns on his hand, arm and head. We dont have an update on his condition. Recovering after being attacked by an inmate inside the mitchellville womens prison. The man was one of four Corrections Officers injured in the fight. It happened tuesday in the prisons dining hall. The Union Representing the officers says the incident could have been prevented if more staff been on duty. They also say officers should be able to carry pepper spray inside the prison. And here they got the pepper spray locked up in the captains office and ya gotta run back and get permission to get it and by the time thats don the incidents over. However, prosecuting miller would prove difficult even though he admitted to police what he had done. In iowa, the state must to prove the victim was nude and or the peeper was aroused by spying on the victim. we still found out it was relevant to his guilt whether or not he had been aroused during the act of viewing us so we were asked question like was he blushing around you or was there any signs of arousal when we thought guilt had been fully admitted and this was an irrelevant point. this criteria makes it difficult for prosecutors to make their case.
