First, we want to start you off with the forecast. We are socked in with fog. We have a couple of cameras to show you this morning. This is the mousetrap. You dont even see anything, the fog is so thick along that stretch of the freeway. Very driving out to dia. The other camera is from our denver you can see that bank of fog sitting over the city and talking us and. Not everyone has the fog. On the south side, you are wondering what fog. Here is that camera. Fog is a cloud that forms at the ground. Get the most cooling at the ground and it is a very thin layer. Only maybe 1000 thick 1000 feet thick. Once we get the sun up, we will start to have mix and it will begin to disperse. We think that will happen at about 9 oclock or 10 oclock this morning. Socked in. Having mountain snow possibly up to 1 foot. Thats welcome news for ski areas. The mountains had a pretty good snow Late Afternoon yesterday. A few snow showers on radar you dont see a lot in the high country because it is very light but our weather watcher in georgetown is reporting light snow and we have a few flurries on the Eastern Plains in deer trail player. Tonight another good round of mountains now. Its a cold when out there a lot in the Single Digits and teens 14 below for alamosa. One in craig 18 in boulder 17 and dia 40 in fort collins 12 and greeley. Patchy dense fog has developed collins. Again at georgetown weather watch reporting light snow just under 1 inch accumulation overnight some patchy fog up there around fort collins and the greeley area and some snow coming in from the high country. Today is my regular quarterly update. Were going to focus on the projects and Program Status and talk a little bit about the projects that are in construction as well as stakeholder and Work Force Development. So here on the graphic you see all of the projects moving forward in phase one, and these have been scoped based on the levels of service we discussed with the commission and have been endorsed. We have 37 projects that are in planning or design and three projects in construction. Phase one represents 2. 7 billion dollars and to date we have spent 88 million. So now for some Program Level updates. Were doing a lot of work on cellties plant because there is going to be so much construction happening at the same time we initiated this integration plan because we have to keep the plant running 24 7 even so we have different projects moving plus our planned r and r in addition to maintenance so were looking at utilities and mapping that out in terms of gif so we know where they are a

I wendy and the chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee. I am proud to say that i celebrated my first year on the Citizens Advisory Committee and its been a great year. We have three long standing appointees and 13 new appointees. Most of the appointees have experience in dismpt disciplines and represent constituent groups around the city. We have 50 of color, 50 people of non color and 11 women on the cac which is really wonderful. We have been doing some orientations and trainings around our enterprises since we are so new and some of those have included review overview of the water supply and drought on the committee. Sewer improvements updates on the committee and we talked about operations and capital budgets and Work Force Development and the drought and impact on the agency.
