Maharashtra is preparing to celebrate Ganeshotsav, with various sizes and types of idols being installed across Mumbai. Approximately 2.1 lakh idols are being displayed in homes and mandals for the festival, which will be celebrated from September 19 to 28. The Lalbaugcha Raja Ganeshotsav, celebrating its 90th year, is the biggest event of the season.
