the f.b.i. went in in houston, texas, a tense stand-off situation that went on for a few hours. they rescued them coming three days after investigators say the migrants were kidnapped while driving near houston, texas. officials say the migrants were being held hostage and beaten and sent videos to their families demanding they pay up. two migrants made it out okay. gunfire broke out during the rescue. agents with the f.b.i. s hostage rescue team from virginia were conducting a hostage rescue when a shooting occurred. one suspect was shot and killed and a second suspect was taken into custody by the harris county sheriff s department. this all comes as smuggling across the country continues day-by-day here. the video shared by texas dps shows five migrants hidden in the back of a truck in oklahoma. you can see people run out and smuggler is taken into custody.
