The Niagara County Department of Health nursing division, in partnership with the Niagara County Office for the Aging, is offering a free diabetes self-management workshop. The six-week course is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. to noon Fridays, beginning Sept. 8, at the North Tonawanda Public Library.
Do you have an ongoing health condition? If you have a chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, arthritis or chronic anxiety, please join us for a free chronic disease self-management program (CDSMP) workshop series, beginning Friday, April 14, from 9-11:30 a.m. at The Dale Association, 33 Ontario St., Lockport. The workshop runs for six weeks on Fridays.
