Havre Police Department Blair Stacey Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 29, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant and a federal warrant after an officer performed a building check at a Third Avenue establishment Friday at 11:02 a.m. Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 3:37 p.m. to make a complaint about a sexual or violent offender registration violation.
