Tampa-based SoFresh, a fast casual concept that serves healthy made-to order meals, is entering the Orlando area with its first location in Longwood s Springs Plaza, Clay Donato, SoFresh partner and vice president of development, said in a company press release. Central Florida has been on our radar for a while, he said. The Orlando Metro market is an obvious start for SoFresh We are very excited to serve the area with our menu items.
SoFresh, which has 15 units open or in development, will add eight to 10 additional locations in 2021 with openings next month and later this year in the Tampa area in Carrollwood and Palm Harbor, respectively.

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – A Coral Springs man has had his driver’s license suspended 11 times, a police report said.
He is 18-years-old.
Malik Henderson was taken into custody on March 30 after he allegedly sped past in his Chevy Impala and didn’t “move over” for a police officer working another traffic stop on Royal Palm Boulevard, the report said.
