Concerts on the Creek presents Uplifting Sacred and Secular Music by GROOVE HOTEL<br/><br/>Our Inspirational concert for the month of April will be performed by GROOVE HOTEL (Groove Hotel https://www.groovehotelmusic.com/), our region’s premier jazz band, which has been honored with several Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) awards. The band's continually evolving repertoire emphasizes rhythmic variety, including swing, bossa nova, funk, rock, samba, gospel, and Cuban son. The concert will take place on Sunday, April 2, from 3 – 4 PM (without intermission); doors open at 2:00. The location is Spring Creek Church, 4500 Spring Creek Road. One Sunday each month, Concerts On The Creek hosts a special concert of inspirational secular and sacred music presented by some of the region's favorite performers; there is no preaching or liturgy. In March we are excited to welcome the Alleluia Quartet, four singers from Beth Eden United Methodist Church, who share their unique style of four-part harmony to witness to the love of God in their lives.
