Public, and that does put the hardliners in a tougher spot. Mr. Gutman on the hardliners they really are the losers in this whole deal. They are being disempowered. All the people, also, who have been engaged in smuggling this is probably pretty big lobby are going to be hurting. You have official trade, and they have no real role. We shouldnt underestimate the role of the hardliners being dealt a bad hand, but we shouldnt overestimate the ability of the others to change things. It is a very dynamic discussion they have in iran. The nuclear deal there are issues that everybody understands have to be worked out. Is the iranian government going to manage overseas operations of the revolutionary guard, or will it report to the Supreme Leader . How can you have these two parallel tracks . We know where the hardliners come down on this decision. I would not expect any immediate answer. Mr. Serwer let me conclude by noting that there is a solar lining of sorts. That is think about where we w

Forecast thats currently out there. Hurricane joaquin is 458 miles eastsoutheast of miami. Its a category 1 storm. It may become category 2 shortly. Drifting to the southwest at 8 miles an hour. Not only do i think it will become a category 2, i think it will be a 3 and so does the National Hurricane center. It may go to category 4. 3 would be 110 miles an hour or greater. Theres the 3. It moves northward. Still a category 3. Then it will weaken, thats what the forecast calls for, but takes it into chesapeake bay, weakening to a category 1 hurricane. The question is does this make the turn further northward. Were still in the blue zone. Or does it make the turn out to sea. [applause] our brilliant, heroic troops serving our country in the most dangerous places. Talk to any of them, they will talk about the team, and the team that makes it strong. It is true of business. It is true of Public Services. True of our armed forces. True in some walks of life. You see, ethic of the 20th century, hierarchy, order, planning, control, the talents of a few. The ethic of the 21st century is cooperation everybody playing their part, sharing the rewards, the talents of all together. Friends, it is time we ran the country like we know it can be run. [applause] heres a question for you. If the challenge is to run the country, on this principle of together, can the tori
