We spent weeks years, on the market octavia plan. We designed it, 45 feet in the middle of the block, 55 feet at the end of the block. Got 85 feet in the middle of the block now. The new we are seeing is just black buildings completely flat on the street level. And they have a rooftop where you can have a deck or this is their new recreation area.
