A tenyearold boy is dead after falling from a north las vegas. The incident took place last night by owens and civic center. Police are not sure if the driver of that van is related to the child who died. But he is cooperating with police who say drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors. Police are still investigating how exactly the child fell from the van. And call this a sad reminder for parents.
