Through westminster, northern frederick county. Were seeing a couple of showers in the metro. You see them here on the west side in Prince William county coming toward dulles right now, south of sterling moving in toward loudoun. Some stuff from quantico towards stafford, king george. Southern maryland and the Eastern Shore seeing all this rain moving in that direction. Wet streets. We have leaves out there clogging up some drains and temperatures in the mid50s to low 60s. Its an overturned vehicle, single vehicle involved. Happened around 1 30 this morning. Park police tell us that the Memorial Bridge, memorial circle and the entrance to the gw parkway, all of that is shut down at this time at least for another hour.
