Returning four starters, the New Bloomfield Lady Wildcats will have a different look to the team this season, but they also bring back some quality bats and an ace with experience pitching at state.
Ryan Lepper had everything working Tuesday as he pitched South Callaway into the state quarterfinals. Lepper threw a complete game, allowing one run on three hits, two walks and a hit batter, to lead the Bulldogs to a Class 3 sectional win against the Dixon Bulldogs at South Callaway High School. Lepper struck out five batters in the effort.
