The judge handed down his sentence for david depape, the man who is convicted of attacking paul pelosi. She handed down the sentence of 30 years in prison. Now there are two counts that david depape was charged with in this federal case. One is for attempted kidnaping that the judge gave him a 20 year sentence. And theres a second count that was an assault on a Family Member of a federal official. He was sentenced to 30 years on that count.
