Evidently, one Rhode Island Congressman never got the memo.
Rhode Island Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., was caught on CNN and C-SPAN s broadcast of Wednesday s impeachment proceedings removing his mask, sneezing into his hand and proceeding to slip the mask back on and look away from the camera. He did not sanitize his hands after.
