State Senate President decided to run for governor and asked me to host a fundraiser for him in miami. On the day of the event he called to ask if he could use help setting up. He sent two young volunteers who interned with him in tallahassee. One of those young men was a 22yearold marco rubio. He immediately struck me as someone who was xreedingly bright, well informed and passionate about issues and policies exuded confidence and maturity rare for someone that age.
