The sister of a teenager who was found dead in a river days after she vanished has urged the author of an anonymous note to come forward with information.    Shona Gillan, 18, was found dead in the Six Mile Water in Antrim, Northern Ireland, in March after being reported missing four days earlier.    Her heartbroken family has now received an anonymous letter containing significant information about the teenager s disappearance.  Shona s sister Amy Reid is calling on the author of the note to come forward to assist in the investigation following weeks of unanswered questions for the family. Police in Northern Ireland are not treating Shona s death as suspicious but are continuing to investigate when and where [she] may have entered the water.
