president raised it and comey was uncomfortable. all of that is really immaterial, the fact there was a discussion in and of itself a very serious legal question if not illegal certainly possibly unethical. whatever tapes there is could lend to what was that discussion and did it compromise or attempt to compromise the investigation? i think that we shouldn t in all of this chatter get away from this is a serious the senate should since they have a sitting company, they should subpoena the tapes and let the white house try to use executive privilege but they will have to cite whether they are using privilege on a tape orphan at acy and that the president is playing a bully game. but you cannot you cannot come back with executive privilege of something that does not exist. let s see where the senate is,
