Once again, its important to note, that the student didnt have the capability to load the weapon, but dr. Gausman says that doesnt change the severity of the issue. We will follow all of the necessary steps, procedures and protocols to make certain that we do all that is necessary to keep our students and Staff Members safe, said Sioux City Community schools superintendent, dr.
