Tamil star Simran who made her Tamil debut in the Sivaji Ganesan and Vijay starrer Once More in 1997, is still one of the top actresses of Kollywood. Anyone who has been following Kollywood knows that her younger sister Monal followed Simran’s footsteps and forayed into acting by playing one of the female leads in Vijay and Bhumika Chawla’s Badhri.
Simran Rishi Bagga works predominantly in Tamil films now. However, she started her filmy journey with Hindi films. She has also appeared in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. The actress has kickstarted her second innings in Hindi with Rahul V Chittella's family drama Gulmohar. It is currently streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
