Ankole administrator arrested in swoop targeting Fronasa agents

Ankole administrator arrested in swoop targeting Fronasa agents Sunday April 04 2021 Summary Francis Xavier Tibayungwa was picked up from his office in Mbarara Town and led away to Simba Barracks.
