Search operations are ongoing for the 142 people still missing after a flash flood in the Teesta river in Sikkim. The flood, caused by a cloudburst, has killed 26 people and affected over 25,000 people. More than 1,200 houses have been damaged and 13 bridges washed away. So far, 2,413 people have been rescued and 6,875 are in relief camps.
