नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ जेसीएम (JCM) के सेक्रेटरी शिव गोपाल मिश्रा के मुताबिक, 7वें वेतन आयोग के तहत अभी केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को 17 परसेंट महंगाई भत्ता मिलता है. जब पिछली तीन किस्तों की DA बढ़ोतरी की बहाली हो जाएगी. तब ये सीधा 28 परसेंट हो जाएगा. इसमें जनवरी 2020 में DA 4 परसेंट बढ़ा था, इसके बाद दूसरी छमाही यानि जुलाई 2020 में 3 परसेंट इजाफा हुआ और अब जनवरी 2021 में यह 4 बढ़ा है.
