In a news release, the Museum at the Bighorns recognized Helen Laumann for her years of service to the museum and Sheridan County communities.
This month Laumann decided to step down from the board after 18 years of service to the museum.
“Helen’s dedication to the history of Sheridan County is truly unmatched. She’s been a part of the museum’s history, growth, and has been a driving force behind much of our adult programming,” Executive Director Mikayla Larrow said.
