James Healy JERICHO — James “Jim” Healy, 77, passed away Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, after a short battle with cancer. Jim was born in Barre, VT on June 6, 1946
12 years ago, the first students and teachers to attend the newly built North Hill Elementary School filled a time capsule. On Friday, some returned to witness its opening.
