[music] laura mart: we are at the skirball cultural center in the exhibition i ll have what she s having, the jewish deli. for this exhibition, we made a special effort to focus on the people behind the stories. the people make the deli what it is today. one of the ways that people most connect with their own culture and with other cultures is through food. you know, la is one of the cultural capitals of the world, really. and i think what we do well here is creating culture is sharing culture, and food really is a cornerstone.
