Vivian Carbone-Hobbs, an Arnold chiropractor, was sentenced Oct. 19 to four years in prison for disability and health care fraud and ordered to repay $16.4 million.
Thomas G. Hobbs, who co-owned Power-Med Inc. in Arnold, was sentenced on Sept. 22 to four years in prison and ordered to repay $3,412,659.80 for his role in a disability and health care fraud scheme.
