Sesame Street-inspired jibe. During Wednesday’s SONA Debate, the Shadow Public Service Minister made reference to developments at the State Capture Inquiry, lamenting the fact that ‘cadre deployment’ appears to be one of the main drivers of ANC-led corruption.
