A couple of weeks ago a friend that i grew up in the western community, who lived in the bay view Hunters Point was killed in a tl. And African Americans who i grew up with, many of them who grew up in the western edition, sadly have ended up in the tl, and substance abuse, and drug abuse, and homeless and sros and other places.
